*This is a two hour party space reservation. Your reservation includes the time for check-in, outfitting all participants with safety equipment, adventure experience on the attraction(s), and return to the floor to remove your safety equipment. If you have brought in cake/cupcakes, those must be consumed in your party space during your reservation time.

Little ones don’t have to miss out on the fun! Children 48” and under are able to explore a ropes course at a more comfortable height designed specifically for their needs.

May we bring outside food?
Yes! If you have booked a party package, you are welcome to bring food, cake, and beverages to enjoy in your party space during your celebration.
Are adults chaperoning the party required to purchase their own tickets?
Adults participating on the attractions are required to purchase tickets, but if they are just watching, no purchase of tickets is required.
What types of decorations are allowed in the party space?
Balloons, candles, and party favors with glitter and confetti are not allowed, but you may decorate the table with any other decorations you'd like.
Are waivers required?
Yes, waivers must be signed for all participants before participating on the attractions.
Is free WiFi available?
Yes!
When do I pay for the party package?
All party packages require a non-refundable 25% down payment upon booking and the remainder of the balance is due the day of the party.
May I pay for the birthday party package with a gift card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards as payment for the party packages.
